MercyMe is an American Christian music band formed in Edmond, Oklahoma in 2001. The band’s lead vocalist is Bart Millard, and they are composed of percussionist Robby Shaffer, bassist Nathan Cochran, and guitarists Michael Scheuchzer and Barry Graul.
