Tasha gets ready for Hymns, her most recent endeavor that sees her go back to her gospel origins. Hymns, which was captured live in Chicago, reimagines music that is deeply ingrained in everyone’s shared experience of church while yet making it all feel new and approachable.
Cobbs Leonard states, “Sometimes we have to go back to move forward,” reminding us that the pillars of our Faith remain unwavering and essential for development.
Hymns features guest performances from a star-studded cast, including Jennifer Hudson, Kierra Sheard, Natalie Grant, Mary Mary, The Walls Group, Ricky Dillard, and Donald Lawrence, all of whom contribute distinctive voices to the project.
